The Baltimore Ravens are bringing back Ronnie Stanley, and taking the top offensive lineman in free agency off the board in the process.

The Pro Bowl left tackle agreed to a three-year, $60 million contract with $44 million guaranteed, according to Dianna Russini of The Athletic. The Ravens confirmed they have a deal in place.

Stanley was poised to be among the top free agents on the market as a 30-year-old, two-time Pro Bowler at a premium position, but he instead opted to remain with the Ravens after nine years in Baltimore.

The Ravens drafted Stanley sixth overall in the 2016 NFL Draft and watched him develop into one of the game’s top pass protectors, and then struggle repeatedly with injuries. He parlayed a first-team All-Pro 2019 season into a $112 million contract in 2020, then went down with season-ending ankle injury two days later. He played only one game in 2021 due to continued ankle issues, then only 11 games in 2022 and 13 in 2023.

Last season represented his first healthy year since that 2019 season, and a return to form. His blocking was a vital part of an offense that led the NFL in both net yards per pass attempt and yards per rushing attempt.

With Stanley no longer available to other teams, that leaves the free agent offensive tackle market relatively barren. Cam Robinson of the Minnesota Vikings likely becomes the top name available now, with other options including Dan Moore of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Jaylon Moore of the San Francisco 49ers and Tyron Smith and Morgan Moses of the New York Jets.
